What is your return policy?

All Sales are Final. Refunds are not allowed.
Allowable return items are products that are damaged. Exchange Only.
Should you notice a shipping error, you must notify customer service within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. Please do not ship back any merchandise, unless you have been authorized to do so.
Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to us, we will reimburse the customer upon providing shipping cost documentation.
Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days once we have received your returned package.

You must return your order along with a return form.
